Entering the home, a long hallway will take you to the main living and dining area. This area is open plan, with plenty of space to relax or come together for a shared meal. The gourmet stone kitchen highlights a central breakfast bar and comes fully equipped with high-end appliances to whip up a feast. In the butlers’ pantry, you’ll find a coffee machine for slow mornings at home. Choose from a family dining table or dine alfresco soaking up the crisp coastal air. Summary: The property is beautiful and as advertised online. Problems all relate to the property manager Hometime. First the lock on the door had not been properly set before we arrived so we could not open the door for an hour. Next the AC had some setting problems that Hometime responded only with canned messages and it took days to ultimately resolve the issues. Small things like the glass around the pool was dirty and the remote for the tv needed batteries to work. The final huge problem is partly our fault but Hometime has been completely unhelpful. We accidentally left a small suitcase in the property. Despite repeated attempts to arrange with Hometime for a courier to pick up the suitcase we still don’t have it weeks later. They almost are acting to prevent us from getting it. All they had to do was provide an address and contact info for the courier. That took a week. The issue now is their inability or refusal to print out a shipping label. This is ridiculous! We will never rent another property managed by Hometime - never
